Here is one of my preferred frames from hanging out with the Bedouins International peoples the other day.
Today I photographed Caleb and Laura to mark their engagement. Caleb has come a long way since we talked him into dropping out of college.
I shot some other stuff today including starting another roll of half frame. I got some great stuff off that half-frame roll that had been chillin' for a good while. Makes me excited to shoot it more.
I've got a lot of things in my head lately and I'm not sure exactly how to get them out. I'll work on that.
Featured here! now! and smoking! is the Rob Culpepper, being photographed by the legendary Alan Barton!
Featuring for the first time ever on film*, two kids playing fake soccer in the background. Thank YOU Rushton park!
*this is possibly true, what with living in the digital age and all, though, i cannot verify the veracity of this claim (that i, myself, am making)
IT IS CONTEST TIME AGAIN!
Hidden somewhere in this photo is a creepy face! I didn't hide it...it just exists by itself. FIRST PERSON TO POINT IT OUT WINS A MILLION!
of something. Possibly more arbitrary points, POSSIBLY A PRINT OF THE POPTPOP OF THEIR CHOICE?
You'll have to enter the damn contest to find out! Comment to give it a go.
Once a winner has been crowned, I'll post a zoomy-iny thing and possibly one with an illustrated bob ross to solidify what I see.

Well hot damn! Only moments after this PoPtPoP was posted (on facebook and here), we had a winner!
Ashley Moynihan! All the way from the pacific coast!
As promised, here is a ghetto illustration of where this little smoke martian is.
So, here is a polaroid of the Bedouins International crew. I'm posting this while I wait for them to get the film back. I took a few photos of them the other day for some promo thing they needed. Included in this is an roll thats been in my Half Frame camera for a while. So there's a mystery christmas roll right there. Film film film! Huzzah!

thanks to Caleb for helping me get the word out.
So what you see here, ladies and gentlemen!, is the illusive African Imaginary PoptpoP. Seen in the while in Uganda, this kid is mimicking me taking his photo. I have no idea what he is holding but its not a camera. Another example how kids' imaginations are the best thing since torn bread.
Here is a detail of Imaginary Versus Kid (IVK):
Don't forget to send in your shots! I'm working on new stuff with the great news of that being that I am working in conjunction with The Inkling Network's Jamie and Tammy Harper to create a really freaking weird world. The magical world of Poptpop. I don't know when it will all be ready, but I have the highest of hopes. When it is all done there will be a place for you all to upload your images so you can do everything from one place!
Cheers for now
GO TAKE SOME FREAKING POPTPOPS AND SEND THEM TO ME OH MY GOD POPTPOPTPOPTPOPTPOP
