Robby Melvin of the Time Inc test kitchens

A while back I had the chance to hang with Robby Melvin for a while and watch him work at the Time Inc test kitchens for THOM Magazine (Fall/Winter 2017 Issue). I tend to see him either out in the community making food or at Seasick Records where he's tracking down another great record, so it was fun to see him in his element testing a bunch of recipes.
