My wife’s family has a crawfish boil every year down in her hometown in Louisiana. It’s a great excuse to get together and ends up giving us crawfish tails and crawfish stock for months. I love making gumbo moths later and looking forward to the next one. My father-in-law William is alway at the helm of the boil pot and when we’re all stuffed we sit around and pick tails and talk shit. Good times.
